This week, I’ve been thinking about the power of clarity and intention - being definite.
Just as we wouldn’t send an email or letter full of random words and expect the recipient to understand our message, we can’t expect the universe to respond if we’re unclear about what we want.
Being definite is about transmitting the right frequency, one that aligns with our desires and purpose.
It’s vital that we are crystal clear about what we want. It’s not good enough to just want more money or more success, we must see a very clear and definite picture of what that looks like for us.

If we want more money, what do we want it for? How much do we want? What is the purpose behind our desire?
What I’m Learning:
This week, I’ve been studying how being definite can transform dreams into reality. The universe responds to the energy we send out, but it’s up to us to tune in and broadcast the correct signal. It’s not enough to dream - you need a clear, vivid image of what you want and a strong why behind it.
That why is your purpose, your driving force. When we attach meaning to our desires, they stop being just wishes and start becoming the blueprint for our lives.
Body: Practices That Ground
A Nourishing Meal:
This week, I’ve been definite about what I want my health to look like. For me, that means small, consistent choices like making hearty vegetable-packed soups for dinner. One favourite this week has been a warming carrot and ginger soup, packed with immune-boosting goodness and a zing of flavour.
A Simple Practice:
Being definite with health goals is about having clarity in our habits. Start small:
Write down what you want your health to look like in 6 months.
Choose one habit today that aligns with that vision - like drinking an extra glass of water or adding an extra portion of veggies to your meals.
It’s the small, definite actions that lead to big results.
Soul: Connection and Reflection
A Meditation:
I found a wonderful meditation on YouTube to help focus our energy and intentions: 10-Minute Meditation for clarity and purpose.
This short practice helps to calm your mind and tune into what you truly want.
Music That Moves Me:
I’ve been listening to Nuvole Bianche by Ludovico Einaudi. It’s a piece that feels both grounding and expansive, perfect for moments of reflection and relaxation.
