Thank you! xx
This week, I’ve been reflecting on the simple yet absolute truth that love is the answer to everything.
Whether it’s the way we treat others, the way we speak to ourselves, or even how we approach our work, when love is at the centre, everything feels lighter, brighter, and more aligned.
Here’s what’s been inspiring me about love this week.
Mind: Thoughts That Inspire
"Where there is love, there is life." – Mahatma Gandhi
A Quote:
This quote reminds me that love is the source of energy and creation. When we act from a place of love, we breathe life into everything we do.
What I’m Learning:
This week, I’ve been exploring how to run my business from a place of creation rather than competition.
It’s easy to fall into the trap of comparison or scarcity, but love reminds us there’s enough for everyone.
When we approach life and work with love, we focus on adding value, sharing freely, and trusting that the universe will support us.
Love doesn’t just apply to relationships - it’s the basis of how we show up in the world.
Body: Practices That Ground
A Nourishing Meal:
This week, I made a simple, quick and healthy meal. I bought a baguette from the boulangerie and some cheese from the village shop. I made a simple salad with spinach leaves and tomatoes with some seeds, salt and pepper and a drizzle of good quality olive oil.
Preparing food with love and intention, even something as basic as chopping salad and cutting bread, feels grounding and deeply satisfying.
A Simple Practice:
Practice self-love by speaking kindly to yourself.
Each morning, take a moment to look in the mirror and say one thing you love about yourself.
It might feel awkward at first (you may feel as if you have finally lost it all together!), but it’s amazing how this small act can shift your mindset.
Soul: Connection and Reflection
A Book Recommendation:
The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman is a timeless book that helps us understand how love is expressed and received in unique ways.
Chapman identifies five primary love languages, Words of Affirmation, Acts of Service, Receiving Gifts, Quality Time, and Physical Touch, and explains how understanding these can transform relationships. By learning to speak the love language of those closest to us, we can create deeper, more meaningful connections.
(This book has sold over 20 million copies! That’s how good it is.)
A Meditation:
This week, I’ve been practising the Loving-Kindness Meditation.
It’s a powerful way to cultivate love for yourself and others. I found this wonderful one on YouTube:
Music That Moves Me:
Make You Feel My Love by Adele - it’s raw, heartfelt, and beautifully captures the essence of love.
Love is the thread that connects us all.
It’s the energy we give and receive, the force that creates and sustains life. This week, let’s aim to do everything - big or small - with love at the core. I know that’s my goal for this week.
What’s one way you’re practising love this week? I’d love to hear how you’re bringing it into your life.
Live and love fully!!
See you next week!
Love Georgia xx

Change your life in just 21 days!
Meditation has made a huge difference in my life. It’s helped me cope with very challenging situations, it helps me find clarity and a feeling of inner peace. It’s a pause, a stillness that I take for myself so I can leave whatever is happening in my outer world alone for a few minutes. I get up off my meditation cushion feeling like I can take on the day!
I’ve realised that there are three keys to living a full life, and one of them leads to the other two. Abundance, Love, and Gratitude. If we take care of gratitude the other two naturally follow.
The challenging issue is that we live such busy lives and don’t always have an hour or two to sit in meditation. So how do we get the benefits from it and easily make time for it?
Two things - shorter meditations and journaling.
Journalling after meditation, even for a couple of minutes, reinforces what we listen to, and the changes we want to make, and it gives clarity of thought.
I’ve created this Mindfulness course with 21 meditations and 21 journal prompts. I have designed it so that you can do both in only 10 minutes a day.
I am so convinced that this is not only doable but will make a big difference in your life that I’m offering a money-back guarantee if at the end of the 21 days, you don’t feel that you’ve brought more Abundance, Love, and Gratitude into your life, you can have a full refund!
(Paying members of The Rebuild Compass automatically get access to this with their subscription)
