Love this, Georgia! My morning routine consists of a coffee on my meditation chair whilst I play some words games to wake myself up followed up a 20-minute meditation and a 10-minute journalling session. It works like a dream! ✨

That sounds like a wonderful morning routine! It sounds very similar to mine. I have recently added in learning French on an app. It was very hit and miss before, but once I added it to my morning routine, I haven't missed in over a month.
