Georgia, I am amazed to observe that you have directed your concerted efforts towards the real wealths i.e. your health (in every respect), your adorable daughters, wonderful sister and art of work-life balance. Those who express gratitude for everything no matter how trivial they appear are the ones who experience pue joy and you are one of the privileged few. God bless you!
Thank you Georgia. I’m a fan of this weeks gratitude: ‘I mean little things like where I’m sitting now looking at a beautiful flowering plant on my desk, the cup of tea I’ve just drunk, the birds I hear in the tree outside’. This. Love this. I feel the same way.
I'm so happy it resonated with you Adam. It was a game changer for me once I realised how powerful that practice is. We tend to focus on big things to be grateful for but it's the small every day things that are so numerous that make the difference. It's just taking the time to be aware of them.
The Emerson quote makes me think of the Two Wolves Story:

Thanks for sharing it Kathryn, I'll take a look.

I can vouch for it, Georgia. Many many thanks!
