So very true, but then I wonder why it is so hard to let go of guilt and come to the point of self-forgiveness.

For me I think a lot of it was conditioning. I was brought up in a very strict religion where I was constantly reminded of my sins and how imperfect I was. I was guilted into doing most things. I had to work very hard to get rid of those limiting beliefs but once I did, I realised that even though I'm not perfect, I am enough just as I am and I don't need to feel guilty about things that I used to. It's very liberating.

Georgia, You're so right! Guilt never helds; it only holds us done. At the moment, I can'tthink of anything I feel guilty about. Maybe that's a good sign!
