Journal Prompts - Focus and Concentration
Visualising Goals: What is one specific goal you want to focus on right now? Write about how achieving this goal will impact your life and why it’s important to you.
Identifying Distractions: Reflect on what distractions frequently pull your attention away. How can you minimise or eliminate these distractions in your daily life?
Strengthening Focus: Write about a time when you were completely focused and immersed in a task. What helped you maintain that focus, and how can you recreate that state?
Creating a Plan: What are three actions you can take today to align your focus with your goals? Outline how you will tackle each one with full concentration.
Daily Reflection: At the end of the day, reflect on how well you maintained focus. What worked, what didn’t, and how can you improve tomorrow?
