During life’s challenges, finding inner peace and stillness can feel elusive.

This guided meditation has been created to help you reconnect with your inner calm, using grounding visualisations and affirmations to release tension and invite serenity.

As you journey inward, you’ll experience the profound stillness that already exists within you, and learn how to carry that sense of peace with you throughout your day.

Whether you’re looking to start your morning with clarity or find a moment of calm during a hectic day, this meditation offers a safe space for you to return to yourself, ground in the present, and restore your sense of balance.

Join me in finding that stillness within, one breath at a time.

Journal Prompts - Finding Stillness Within

  • Tapping Into Calm: How did you feel during and after the meditation? Write about the emotions or sensations that arose as you connected to your inner peace.

  • Visualising Stillness: Reflect on the visualisation of stillness during the meditation. How did it help you release tension? How can you return to this image when you need to find calm in daily life?

  • Inner Peace in Daily Life: Think of one area in your life where you often feel overwhelmed or unsettled. How can you bring the peace you experienced in the meditation into that aspect of your life?

  • Affirmations of Peace: Write your own personal affirmations inspired by the meditation. How can these affirmations help you stay grounded and centred when faced with stress or anxiety?

  • Embracing the Present: Reflect on how mindfulness and being fully present affected your sense of peace during the meditation. How can practising mindfulness regularly enhance your inner calm?

(You can choose to use them all or just pick one or two.)

Why use these journal prompts?

Journal prompts can be incredibly helpful because they provide a structured way to explore your thoughts and feelings, encouraging deeper self-reflection and personal growth.

By guiding you to consider specific aspects of your experiences, journal prompts help you uncover insights and patterns that might otherwise remain hidden.

They can enhance your meditation practice by allowing you to process and internalise what you've learned, bringing a greater sense of mindfulness and self-awareness.

Through regular journaling, you create a valuable space for self-expression, clarity, and emotional healing, making it an essential tool for personal development and well-being.
