Journal Prompts - Find Your Inner Invincible Summer

  1. Reflect on a Time of Personal Winter:

    • Write about a challenging period in your life that felt like a metaphorical winter. How did you cope with the difficulties? What emotions did you experience? Reflect on any moments of resilience or strength that emerged during this time.

  2. Discovering Your Invincible Summer:

    • Think about a time when you found inner strength and hope despite external challenges. What was the situation, and how did you tap into your "invincible summer"? Describe the feelings and realisations that came with this discovery.

  3. Affirmations of Strength:

    • Reflect on the affirmations used in the meditation: "In the midst of hate, I find an invincible love within me," and so on. Write about what each affirmation means to you personally. How can these affirmations guide you in your daily life?

  4. Cultivating Inner Calm:

    • Consider the practices that help you find inner calm and resilience during chaotic times. Write about specific activities or habits that ground you and bring you peace. How can you incorporate these practices more consistently into your routine?

  5. Visualising Your Peaceful Place:

    • Describe the serene, beautiful place you visualised during the meditation. What elements made it feel peaceful and comforting? How can you create a similar environment in your real life to support your journey toward inner strength and tranquillity?
