Journal Prompts - Relieve Stress

  1. Reflect on Stillness: What does stillness mean to you? How do you feel when you allow yourself to slow down and be present in the moment?

  2. Remembering Your Why: Why is meditation important to you? Reflect on the benefits you’ve experienced in the past and how they could impact your life if you practised more regularly.

  3. Beginning Again: Think of a time when you needed to start over in some aspect of your life. How did it feel? How can that experience inform your approach to returning to a regular meditation practice?

  4. Daily Commitments: What small steps can you commit to today to incorporate more moments of calm and mindfulness into your daily routine? How can you make these moments a priority?
