Share

This guided meditation invites you to envision a renewed life through the power of visualisation.

Seated in tranquillity, imagine constructing your ideal future, piece by piece, under a beam of divine light.

This practice helps cultivate hope, clarity, and motivation, guiding you toward a life filled with new beginnings and flourishing opportunities.

Perfect for anyone seeking to reshape their reality and embrace positive change.

Journal Prompts - Rebuild Your Life Visualisation

  1. Describe Your Ideal Future: Reflect on the visualisation exercise and describe in detail the ideal future you envisioned. What are the key elements of this future, and how do they make you feel? Write about the emotions and sensations you experienced as you constructed this vision under the beam of divine light.

  2. Identify Your Motivations: During the meditation, what aspects of your current life motivated you to envision these specific changes? Write about the reasons behind your desire for a renewed life and how these motivations can help you stay focused and driven.

  3. Steps Towards Change: Break down your ideal future into actionable steps. What are the first three things you can do to start moving towards this vision? Write about how you can integrate these steps into your daily life and what resources or support you might need.

  4. Visualising New Beginnings: Reflect on the feeling of new beginnings and flourishing opportunities that the meditation inspired. What new opportunities or experiences do you want to invite into your life? How can you remain open and receptive to these possibilities?

  5. Embracing Positive Change: Consider any fears or doubts that arose during the meditation about reshaping your reality. How can you address these concerns with self-compassion and positivity? Write about how embracing positive change can transform your life and the steps you can take to maintain this mindset.

(You can choose to use them all or just pick one or two.)

They can enhance your meditation practice by allowing you to process and internalize what you've learned, bringing a greater sense of mindfulness and self-awareness.
