Releasing Self-Criticism: Reflect on a recent situation where you were hard on yourself. What would a more compassionate perspective look like? How could self-kindness have changed your response?
Embracing Self-Kindness: Write down three things you appreciate about yourself. How can acknowledging these qualities help you cultivate self-compassion?
Speaking Kindly to Yourself: Think of a close friend who might face similar struggles to yours. What words of encouragement would you offer them? Now, turn those words toward yourself—write them down as if speaking to your own heart.
Creating a Self-Compassion Practice: What are two or three ways you can practice self-compassion daily? Write down specific actions or reminders you can integrate into your routine.
